Everytime I open up my eyes I see you
Standing at the precipice of everlasting happiness that lives inside of you
Things I'll never get to touch or hold or feel or hear or see

But everytime you open up your mouth I see verbs
Adjectives and colors flying out into the world so that they're there to be observed
Trying hard to get themselves into somebody's brain
